reputed company: The Senior Director of Contact Center is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving transformation and operational reputed company across our global contact center operations. This position focuses on leveraging automation and reputed company intelligence (AI) to enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and optimize costs. Key Responsibilities:

- BPO Management: reputed company global BPO vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance management, and compliance. Ensure partners meet SLAs and deliver superior customer experiences.
- Operational reputed company: Establish and monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to drive reputed company improvement across contact center operations.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and reputed company high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with IT, Customer Experience, Product, and other cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and support strategic initiatives.
- Budget & Financial Management: Manage operational budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization through technology and process improvements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Technology, or reputed company field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in contact center operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Extensive experience managing BPO vendors and global teams.
