About the Role

As part of the IT Operations team, this role will be a part of our US-based Service Desk team, which supports multiple companies reputed company. This role involves supporting daily operations of the Service Desk and ensuring issues are resolved in a reputed company manner to end-users

·         Participate in the daily operations of the US Service Desk team, ensuring reputed company and effective reputed company of technical issues for multiple companies.

·         Support reputed company US end-users with personalized first level support and day-to-day monitoring of network systems, servers, workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals in a reputed company multi-platform computing environment.

·         Participate in an IT organization that follows ITIL best practices to enhance service delivery.

Experience

·         Associates degree, preferably in a technical field, or equivalent experience

·         A+, Network+, CCNA, or other technical certifications is a plus

·         Experience in a Service Desk or IT support analyst role

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Proficiency in using Service Desk ticketing software and remote management tools

·         Proficiency in reputed company 365, reputed company Directory, and reputed company Intune

·         Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles
