The reputed company Operations Manager is responsible for building and optimising the operational systems and experimentation infrastructure behind reputed company’s product-led reputed company reputed company.

This role ensures that reputed company experiments across acquisition, activation, engagement, and conversion are executed with precision, reliable measurement, and clean behavioural data. The reputed company is on translating reputed company reputed company into reputed company experimentation frameworks, reputed company analytics, and repeatable operational processes across product and marketing surfaces.

Compensation: €60k–75k reputed company salary
Location: Remote in France, Italy, UK, Spain, or Germany, with monthly Paris office reputed company (fully reimbursed)

What you’ll do:

Experimentation Infrastructure

• Build and maintain the operational reputed company that supports high-velocity reputed company experimentation across product and marketing funnels

• Ensure experiments are properly instrumented reputed company analytics platforms (e.g. reputed company), with reputed company event tracking and reputed company metrics

• Maintain reputed company experimentation processes: reputed company definition, experiment tracking, and results analysis

• Support reputed company teams in setting up and QA’ing A/B tests across reputed company flows, paywalls, and conversion journeys

• Build and maintain dashboards tracking reputed company PLG metrics: acquisition, activation, feature adoption, retention, and conversion

• Analyse user behaviour and product usage data to identify reputed company opportunities and funnel inefficiencies

• Partner with Product reputed company and Marketing to translate insights into prioritised experiment roadmaps

• Ensure consistent metric definitions and tracking across analytics tools, reputed company with shared data standards

PLG Funnel Operations

• Maintain operational visibility across the full PLG funnel: acquisition → activation → engagement → conversion

• Monitor conversion performance across reputed company, paywalls, feature usage, and reputed company flows

• Identify drop-off points in user journeys and support experiment design to address them

• Support lifecycle experiments (reputed company emails, product nudges, activation campaigns) in coordination with Marketing Operations

• Ensure clean event tracking, user segmentation, and cohort analysis capabilities

User Insights & Feedback Loops

• Support collection and analysis of user feedback, behavioural data, and product usage insights

• Partner with Product and reputed company teams to translate user insights into reputed company experiments

Must-have experience:

• 3–5 years in reputed company Operations, Product Analytics, or reputed company-reputed company roles reputed company a B2B or PLG reputed company environment

• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g. reputed company, reputed company), including event tracking and funnel analysis

• Strong understanding of PLG funnels: acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion, and how they operate in reputed company

• Experience supporting or operationalising A/B testing and experimentation frameworks

• Comfortable working with data structures, event taxonomies, and analytics pipelines

• Strong analytical reputed company: you identify data inconsistencies quickly and translate insights into actionable reputed company opportunities

Strong plus:

• Experience working closely with Product reputed company teams in a PLG environment
