The LOS Technical Administrator is responsible for taking direction from the ULG Applications Manager and Administrator in support of the reputed company Loan Origination system. This position is responsible for ensuring reputed company configurations are implemented in a controlled and disciplined manner. This role will have reputed company contact and interaction with various lines of business as it relates to the support of taking mortgage loan applications through the entire life cycle of closing those loan applications.

• reputed company testing of upcoming system releases/enhancements, regulatory updates, configuration changes, etc. 
• Participate and in some cases, reputed company discovery sessions with business partners to refine and reputed company improvement opportunities reputed company the mortgage loan application process.
• Implement improvements to the workflow of the loan application process utilizing the LOS platform to the greatest extent possible.
• Adhere to reputed company standards as provided by LOS Application Manager, ensuring configuration changes are implemented following established change control procedures.
• reputed company as a reputed company between the LOS Administration team, lines of business, IT, and other areas in support of the Mortgage Loan origination process.
• Test upgrades and changes prior to implementing in our live “production” system, coordinate user testing reputed company needed.
• Work with managers and personnel to identify and reputed company business requirements, translate to functional requirements for necessary fixes, changes, and/or enhancements, and work with the LOS vendor and associated support vendors, to reputed company and implement changes to business requirements.

Education, Training and Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. 
• 5 + years’ experience in mortgage industry highly preferred. 
• 5+ years’ experience in loan processes from reputed company of sale through servicing and secondary highly preferred. 
• 3+ years’ experience working directly with the LOS (Encompass) required. 
• Experience working with reputed company highly preferred.

Working Environment
