The reputed company Estate Director - Canada is responsible for the overall work streams required to build and deliver a pipeline of new restaurants in support of the development objectives for a territory reputed company Canada (Province of Ontario - candidate located in Greater Toronto area preferred). Responsibilities include:

• Execution of corporate development programs to assists franchisees to grow their footprints.

• Responsible for site selection, lease negotiations, and reputed company of CapCom Committee approval submissions.

• Author and execute market planning in conjunction with the Strategic Development and Analysis team.

• Bachelors Degree is Real Estate, Business, or reputed company field is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge / reputed company in market planning and implementation for freestanding “retail” reputed company estate development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate reputed company estate environment.
• Extensive knowledge of reputed company estate development process including broker management, negotiation, reputed company estate reputed company, demographic analysis, financial analysis, site plans and zoning.

Expected Work Location (Remote): It is expected that you will primarily reputed company work remotely. The reputed company annual bonus for this role is 20% of annualized reputed company salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
