Learning Specialist, Design

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Learning Specialist, Design on a temporary reputed company (term up to 12 months).  

Our People & Culture team is seeking a subject matter expert in instructional design to help shape learning across our organization. The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders from a wide reputed company of business areas to guide the development of engaging, effective learning content. Your expertise will directly influence learners across the CRS, helping them grow and succeed in their roles. This is a remote position reputed company to applicants across Western Canada.  

What you’ll do:

You will be part of reputed company of Learning Specialists, Design reporting into a Learning and Development Specialist. This group is passionate about collaboration, relationship building, and driving meaningful learning experiences. You will work closely with your peers, our Employee Experience team, and professionals across the Co-reputed company Retailing System (CRS) with a reputed company on L&D reputed company and reputed company spanning diverse commodities and topics.
