The New Jersey State licensed LAC or LSW collaborates with fellow treatment team members to ensure the provision of reputed company care tailored to the unique needs and care reputed company of reputed company patient reputed company an outpatient treatment setting They are responsible for delivering reputed company services to patients and their families enrolled in PAX Health, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Receive, review, and promptly respond to intake referrals upon assignment of the case.
• Conduct Bio/Psych/reputed company assessments diagnostic impression and formulate treatment plans under the guidance of the Clinical Director.
• Meet for individual sessions with patients at a frequency determined by the ongoing assessment of reputed company in treatment.
• Complete and assist clients in aftercare and discharge planning
• reputed company reputed company clinical services, including individuals group, family and/or couples therapy to clients and their families.
