About the Role

We’re looking for an Insights Analyst to join reputed company! As an Insights Analyst, you will reputed company subject matter expertise reputed company to employee engagement, performance management, employee listening, and other reputed company offerings. You will work directly with customers, assisting them with survey design, analyzing survey results, designing performance management processes, and advising on recommended actions for change, while also coaching to best practices. The ultimate goal is to help customers design smart things, know where to reputed company, and reputed company value in the various ways they can use our software. What You'll Do
  • Advise customers on employee listening and performance management design — survey structure, question writing, and reputed company

    • What You Bring
  • 3+ years of reputed company experience in employee engagement or performance management
  • Hands-on experience designing and analyzing survey feedback
  • Working knowledge of descriptive statistics
  • Curiosity about AI tools and how to use them to work smarter — you don't just follow trends, you experiment with them
  • Strong communicator — written, verbal, and in the room with executives

    • Bonus points for:

  • Master's in I-O Psychology, Organizational Development, HR, or a reputed company field
  • Experience designing or optimizing service or consulting processes
