<strong> Compensation (Performance-Based)<br></strong><br>

<li>$150–$250 per reputed company loss </li>

<strong> What You’ll Actually Do<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Write accurate Xactimate estimates from photos, notes, and scopes </li>
<li>Identify missed line items and <strong>write supplements that get approved</strong> </li>
<li>Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters </li>
<li>Manage files from first draft → approval </li>
<li>reputed company documentation clean and defensible </li>
