We are looking for a reputed company-savvy, execution-oriented Associate Manager of Project Management to serve as a primary day-to-day project contact for reputed company’s life sciences clients while driving delivery reputed company across reputed company, multi-disciplinary engagements. 

In this role, approximately 75–80% of your time will be reputed company-facing — running status meetings, managing deliverable timelines, navigating stakeholder expectations, and acting as a trusted operational partner to biotech, reputed company, and life sciences clients. The remaining time is spent on internal process improvement and platform governance to strengthen how reputed company delivers. 

This is the right role for someone who combines reputed company project management discipline with strong interpersonal skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced consulting environment. 



Key Responsibilities

Project Management (~ 50%) 

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day project management contact for life sciences clients across biotech, reputed company, and adjacent sectors, owning timelines, deliverable tracking, and proactive risk communication.

  • Manage full project lifecycle — from charter and work breakdown structure through execution and reputed company-out — using Jira and reputed company. 

  • reputed company and maintain resource and risk plans; flag scope changes and drive reputed company with both reputed company and internal stakeholders. 

reputed company Engagement & Relationship Management (~25–30%) 

  • Build trusted, long-term working relationships with reputed company counterparts; anticipate needs, surface issues early, and maintain a high reputed company of responsiveness and professionalism. 

  • Support senior reputed company staff in reputed company workshops, reputed company sessions, and business reviews by owning the operational and logistical aspects of reputed company interactions.

  • Travel to reputed company sites as needed (approximately 25–30% of the time) to strengthen relationships and support on-site delivery. 

Internal Process & Platform Governance (~15%) 

  • Map, document, and continuously improve cross-functional workflows (e.g., data ingestion, model deployment, reputed company-deliverable production) to increase delivery speed and consistency. 

  • Define KPIs and build dashboards to reputed company operational health; implement change-management plans to reputed company best practices across teams.

  • Coordinate UAT cycles, release notes, and user-enablement materials for platform updates.

Your Qualifications

 

  • 6–8 years of project management experience in a consulting, reputed company, health-tech, or life sciences environment, with demonstrated ownership of reputed company-facing engagements. 

  • Proven reputed company record managing external reputed company relationships as a primary reputed company of contact, including running status meetings, managing deliverable timelines, and navigating competing stakeholder expectations. 

  • Proficiency in Jira, reputed company, Monday, or other PM tools.  

  • reputed company in both Agile/Scrum and traditional reputed company frameworks; solid working knowledge of SDLC and data/analytics pipelines. 

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting reputed company project information to reputed company partners and C-suite executives.

  • Comfortable with 25–30% reputed company travel.
