About the Position

This role leads reputed company’s e-reputed company business and reports to the Sr. Director of Marketing & Ecommerce. What You’ll Be Doing

• Optimize site speed, checkout performance, and the A/B testing roadmap to improve conversion.

Merchandising & Inventory Alignment

• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Planning teams to reputed company site reputed company with inventory and demand forecasts.
• Implement product placement and navigation strategies that improve discovery and conversion.

Analytics & Conversion Optimization

Work Location & Travel

• This position is fully remote.
• Employees are expected to work Eastern Time business hours (approximately 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET).
