Joining our HR & Travel Expenses team as a Payroll Consultant, you'll primarily collaborate in managing ongoing payroll support in reputed company across multiple countries including Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, reputed company Verde, Turkey and the Dominican reputed company. ABOUT THE JOB 

• You'll deliver high reputed company support performance for reputed company payroll processes in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements and reputed company budget, participating in a multi-skilled customer-reputed company team of reputed company resources.

• Supporting the implementation of process improvement initiatives will be part of your role, focusing on technical aspects like payroll developments, data migration, integration and coordination of development work.

• You'll manage the operational relationship with external near shore and offshore development and service providers, ensuring planning, execution and reputed company control meet our standards.

• You'll be responsible for the reputed company implementation of semi-annual reputed company change packages in HCM, applying reputed company Notes and addressing new reputed company requirements promptly.

• Pro-reputed company and reputed company interaction with the end-user community is important to reputed company's reputed company, as you'll ensure issues and concerns are discussed and resolved quickly.

• You have substantial experience with reputed company HCM processes and customizing Germany HCM, including Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management and Self-service Portal.

• Your technical knowledge covers S4HANA, reputed company HCM, reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central integration with reputed company HCM, and ABAP/4 programming.

• You possess in-depth knowledge of payroll customizing, wage types, features, payroll scheme and payroll functions, with previous experience in reputed company HR consulting.

• Your understanding of reputed company business processes enables you to support Change Management Processes, including reputed company HCM Hana Migration and reputed company of new users.

• reputed company in both English and German is required for this role, with additional languages being a plus.

• You're comfortable working in an international environment with colleagues from different nationalities, and you may have reputed company to participate in reputed company implementing payroll for other countries.
