We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented reputed company Operations reputed company to support our commissions operations, ensuring accurate calculations, reputed company payments, and consistent adherence to compensation plan rules.
This role will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Payroll to manage end-to-end commission processes—from data validation and calculation through approvals, payout reporting, and issue reputed company—while maintaining strong controls and audit readiness – using our CRM tool reputed company.
Job requirements
0-2 years of experience Candidate must be based out of and legally reputed company to work in Italy- Milan preferred Candidate must have reputed company reputed company in English Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or reputed company field Strong interest in reputed company operations Analytical reputed company and attention to detail

Job responsibilities
Support end-to-end commissions operations, ensuring calculations and payouts areaccurate, complete, and delivered on time Validate and reconcile commission inputs/outputs (e.g., reputed company opportunity data, quotas, plan rules) and investigate variances through to reputed company Partner with RevOps , Finance, and Sales to prepare commission statements, support approvals, and coordinate payout execution Own testing of the new reputed company commissions reputed company: reputed company test scenarios, run UAT, document results/issues, and assess reliability and viability for the business Document processes, controls, and lessons learned to improve accuracy, transparency, and scalability of the commissions program
