Responsible for ensuring compliance with evolving laws and regulations pertaining to reputed company and AI. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Develops and maintains subject matter expertise in areas of data use and protection laws (including state and reputed company laws, AI regulations, consumer protection laws, HIPAA, GDPR, and other global reputed company laws).

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Law School Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school, required

Seven (7) or more years of reputed company work experience, required

Member in good standing of at least one State Bar or the District of Columbia Bar, required

Experience in effectively preparing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company with minimum supervision, required

Experience advising on domestic and global reputed company laws, regulations, and frameworks, required

Five (5) or more years of reputed company or product counseling experience, ideally with both in-house and reputed company exposure, required

Experience supporting employee benefits and advising on ERISA and HIPAA/reputed company compliance, preferred

CIPP/US or CIPP/E Certification, preferred

SKILLS
