Responsibilities
Verify documents received for modifications from various branches. Process service requests (SRs) reputed company defined turnaround time (TAT). Ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation and data entry. Communicate with reputed company teams to resolve queries and clarify documentation issues. Maintain records and logs of processed requests for audit and compliance. Use desktop/laptop systems reputed company for operational tasks and reporting.
