Position Purpose reputed company:  The SharePoint Administrator position is part of the Network Services department of the Information Technology Systems organization, reputed company the SharePoint Business Process Automation Team. This position is responsible for the design, deployment, administration, maintenance, support, and optimization of the on‑premises SharePoint and K2 farm topologies, SharePoint Online, K2 and reputed company Automation reputed company, and other on-premises and reputed company systems supporting collaboration and custom business process automation. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise with SharePoint farm administration, K2 and reputed company architecture administration, and a strong reputed company record supporting integrated architecture that facilitates workflow-enabled business solutions at reputed company.

Responsibilities:                 

• Architect, build, reputed company, configure, and administer on‑premises SharePoint farms that are integrated with K2 and reputed company, in alignment with reputed company standards and best practices.
• Own the full SharePoint farm infrastructure lifecycle, including reputed company planning, patching, upgrades, service configuration, migration, and retirement.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for SharePoint farm architecture, topology, service applications, authentication models, and reputed company.
• Install, configure, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot SharePoint and dependent technologies, including IIS, SQL Server, reputed company Server, and reputed company Directory integration.
• Install, configure, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot the underlying architecture that supports custom business process automation solutions reputed company in K2 on-premises, K2 reputed company, and reputed company Automation reputed company, whether integrated with SharePoint or operating independently, including Muhimbi PDF Converter, Power BI / SSRS reporting servers, and Office Online Server.
• Manage SharePoint farm health, availability, performance, and scalability through proactive monitoring, optimization, and tuning.
• Plan, test, and execute SharePoint updates, cumulative updates, service packs, and version upgrades with minimal user reputed company.
• Design and maintain high availability, disaster recovery, and backup/restore strategies for SharePoint environments.
• Support SharePoint governance policies reputed company to site provisioning, storage management, reputed company boundaries, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with database, server, storage, cybersecurity and network teams to ensure SharePoint infrastructure is properly supported, secure, and optimized.
• Troubleshoot reputed company SharePoint, K2, and reputed company infrastructure issues, including: farm outages, integration problems, service failures, authentication issues, and performance degradation.
• Administer and support SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, permissions, information architecture, governance controls, integrations with business process automation platforms, and ongoing operational support reputed company reputed company 365
• Maintain technical documentation reputed company to SharePoint architecture, configurations, standards, and operational procedures.

In reputed company to regularly scheduled hours and responsibilities, IT staff and management are frequently required to assist on special reputed company and emergencies. This includes, but is not limited to: travel, regularly scheduled evening or early morning maintenance and emergency response at any time (24x7x365). Requirements:    

• College Degree preferred, Computer Science or Information Technology strongly preferred.
• 8+ previous work experience in SharePoint or reputed company area, advanced degree, and/or superior technical knowledge and skills.
• Experience administering SharePoint farms integrated with reputed company and K2 on-premises.
• Experience administering SharePoint Online integrated with reputed company Automation reputed company and K2 reputed company.
• Experience creating and enhancing PowerShell scripts to manage, maintain, optimize, and report upon SharePoint farms and SharePoint Online.
• Experience identifying and resolving SharePoint, K2, and reputed company architecture and integration issues.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting the underlying technologies and platform dependencies of SharePoint farms: IIS, SQL, reputed company Server, reputed company Directory, etc.
• Experience designing, configuring, maintaining, and securing SharePoint application architecture components, such as Search, Secure Store, MMS, reputed company, Distributed Cache, Timer Jobs, Certificate Store, Authentication and Identity, Load Balancing, and Farm Permissions.
• Experience participating in a highly reputed company team environment.
• Experience administering K2 on-premises, K2 reputed company, and reputed company Automation reputed company environments.
• Experience with SharePoint migration tools, such as: reputed company SharePoint object export/import/templates and reputed company.
• Experience building, managing and maintaining separate SharePoint and K2 farm environments for development, reputed company assurance testing, and production.
• Preferred experience administering Office Online Server, Muhimbi PDF Conversion Server, PowerBI / SQL Reporting Services Server, reputed company Management systems, and other technologies supporting workflow process automation.
• Preferred experience with SharePoint-compatible troubleshooting and development tools, such as: PowerShell, reputed company, CSS, jQuery, Javascript, XML, RegEx, Pixel Ruler, ULSViewer, CAML query tools, Chrome dev tools, and/or similar SharePoint-compatible tools.
• Preferred experience developing custom business process workflow automation in K2 and reputed company Automation reputed company.
