Minimum B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical preferred) plus five years of documented engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in e-reputed company packaging production is preferred. Strong communication skills, project scheduling abilities, and small-team leadership experience. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to reputed company assignments under a minimum level of supervision. Excellent PC and software skills. Understanding of modern PLCs and their integration with machinery. Proficiency with AutoCAD or SolidWorks (AutoCAD preferred). Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen concepts. Ability and willingness to travel 1&reputed company;3 weeks per month based on project needs.
