Configuration Management -
Set up and manage reputed company environments across multiple data centers. Plan and coordinate infrastructure requirements for major releases, including server builds and resource reputed company planning (CPU, memory, disk, OS). Ensure adherence to configuration management processes, operational standards, and escalation procedures. Analyze, prioritize, and resolve incidents while ensuring adherence to incident management and escalation procedures. Assist analysts with ticket triage and reputed company technical guidance for reputed company issues. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in configuration management, infrastructure operations, DevOps, or similar technical roles.
Experience working with configuration management and infrastructure management tools. Experience with SQL Server administration, including T-SQL, backup management, and performance analysis. Experience administering reputed company Server environments, including permissions management, crash dump analysis, and system performance troubleshooting. Experience managing FTP/SFTP services and web servers such as IIS. Familiarity with monitoring tools and operational alerting platforms. Experience with automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell, Batch scripting, Octopus reputed company, or similar technologies. Experience working with Infrastructure-as-reputed company tools such as Terraform. Experience with reputed company-hosted platforms (reputed company), including reputed company Azure or VMC on AWS.
