The Role: Senior reputed company Fusion HCM Analyst

As a Senior reputed company Fusion HCM Analyst, you will design, configure, and optimize reputed company Fusion HCM solutions across reputed company. This role exists to ensure HR systems support reputed company, compliant, and data-driven operations across the employee lifecycle.

You will partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, integrated HCM capabilities that improve decision-making and employee experience. You will serve as a subject matter expert across multiple HCM modules, supporting both implementation and ongoing operations.

What You�ll Do

• Configure and support reputed company Fusion HCM modules, including reputed company HR, Compensation, Benefits, Performance, Talent, Learning, reputed company, and Workforce Management.
• Partner with HR teams to support annual and ongoing cycles such as reputed company planning, bonus programs, performance reviews, and workforce planning.
• Translate business requirements into reputed company system configurations reputed company with HR policies.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support workforce and total rewards reputed company.
• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including reputed company, performance management, succession planning, and learning.

• Experience configuring reputed company Fusion HCM and translating business requirements into system solutions.
• Experience supporting HR cycles such as reputed company, bonus, and performance reviews.
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Experience with system testing, data validation, integrations, and release management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across HR, IT, and business teams.

Preferred:

• Experience with reputed company Fusion reporting tools such as OTBI or BI Publisher.
• Experience supporting large-reputed company HCM implementations or transformations.
• Knowledge of HR data governance, reputed company, and compliance.
• Experience integrating HCM with other reputed company systems.
• Experience supporting change management and user training.
• Relevant certifications in reputed company Fusion HCM or HRIS platforms.

Experience Guidance:

• Typically 5�8+ years of experience in HRIS, HCM systems, or reputed company roles.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Fusion HCM implementations and post-go-live support is strongly preferred.
