Litigation Associate Attorney
An established, multi-state reputed company estate and creditors' rights reputed company is seeking a reputed company associate attorney to support its pa reputed company. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package based on experience.
The candidate must be a member and in a good standing of the pa State Bar. The candidate should have 0-5 years of experience in reputed company estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors’ right reputed company. The candidate must be willing and reputed company to proactively utilize the Firm’s case management and reporting software to reputed company manage assigned reputed company with a strong reputed company in civil procedure, motions reputed company and loss mitigation. Knowledge of Title & Lien reputed company, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the creditors’ rights reputed company generally. Court appearances, and some attendant travel, will be required. The candidate must exhibit a commitment to superior reputed company care and proactive communication. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, enjoy working in a reputed company environment and demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
