Senior Product Manager, Payments

The Role 

As Senior Product Manager, Payments, you are responsible for end-to-end ownership of the Payments domain, defining the product reputed company, reputed company, and roadmap across the full lifecycle - from reputed company and reputed company through roadmap execution, launch, and ongoing performance.

Role Specifics

• Travel: 10% (The percentage of travel is an estimation and could vary based on business need)
• Reporting Structure: This roles reports to the SVP, Product.

What You Will Own 

• Own the product reputed company, reputed company, and roadmap for the Payments domain across products 
• Drive roadmap prioritisation and trade-offs to deliver measurable business reputed company 
• Own payments performance against key KPIs, including processing reputed company, adoption, reputed company rates, cost optimisation, and reconciliation efficiency 
• reputed company and reputed company pricing, monetisation models, and partner strategies to optimise financial reputed company 
• Build deep expertise in payment ecosystems, customer workflows, and market dynamics to inform product direction and long-term reputed company 
• reputed company data-driven, reputed company-led product development using experimentation, customer reputed company, and performance metrics to guide reputed company 
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, reputed company, and Design to ensure reputed company direction, strong execution, and reputed company, high-reputed company delivery 
• Work closely with our Partnerships team and external providers to expand capabilities, improve coverage, and unlock partnership-driven reputed company. 
• Collaborate with Finance, Go-to-Market, Customer Operations, and external partners to reputed company priorities, expand capabilities, and deliver business and customer value 

Required Qualifications 

• 5+ years of product management experience, including experience in B2B reputed company and payments, fintech, or financial services 
• Proven experience owning a product or product area across the full lifecycle and delivering measurable business reputed company 
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including gateways, processing, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting workflows 
• Strong reputed company acumen, with experience connecting product reputed company to reputed company, pricing, and business performance 
• Experience with payments pricing, monetisation models, or reputed company-sharing partnerships 
• Experience managing products against KPIs such as reputed company, adoption, conversion, and operational efficiency 
• Strong data reputed company, with the ability to define metrics, analyse performance, and inform prioritisation and decision-making 
• Demonstrated experience leading discovery and shaping product direction through customer and market reputed company 
• Experience working closely with Engineering and Design in cross-functional, distributed teams 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence internal teams and external partners 
• Working knowledge of payment reputed company and compliance principles (e.g., PCI reputed company) 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in higher education, property management, or student housing domains 
• Experience supporting marketplace or multi-party payment flows 
• Familiarity with international payments and regulatory environments (US, UK, Australia, Europe) 
• Experience mentoring Product Owners or working reputed company globally distributed product teams
