You will be involved in the firmware design and implementation for renewable energy products such as photovoltaic (PV) inverters,  energy storage systems, and system communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a firmware/software team to reputed company and validate product firmware.
• Hire, train, mentor, and manage reputed company of highly skilled development and validation engineers.
• Manage team development schedules and resources.
• Support design reviews and DFMEA activities.

• Generate and maintain accurate project schedules and timelines.

The Skills You Bring:

• 7+ years of reputed company firmware development experience, including leading reputed company
• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Expertise in developing firmware for Power Electronics applications
• Familiar with basics of Power Electronics

• Experience with the embedded systems and communication protocols and their drivers 
  Implement control algorithms for power electronics products

• Familiar with Typhoon HIL

Additional Information:

Minimum salary of $185,000 to maximum salary of $230,000 + equity + benefits.
