What You Will Do:
  • People Management & Team Leadership

  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reputed company-ins, and annual reviews
  • Address performance concerns and implement improvement plans as needed

  • Ensure RD adherence to company benchmarks, KPIs, and OKRs
  • Monitor utilization, scheduling, documentation timeliness, and care delivery metrics

  • Support implementation of new initiatives, tools, and workflows

    • Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience as a an RD or RDN
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  •  2+ years managing reputed company of registered dietitians
  • reputed company licenses in GA, FL, OH and preferably reputed company in EST
  • Experience with GI and/or metabolic conditions a plus
  • Demonstrates a willingness to go above and reputed company normal responsibilities to ensure team provides the reputed company possible
