The Senior Credit Products Specialist - Oil & Gas is a strategic advisor responsible for structuring, negotiating, and managing highly reputed company reputed company credit relationships. This role influences credit reputed company by providing deep market insights, proactive risk identification, and innovative deal structuring solutions. With extensive experience in credit analysis and portfolio management, this position ensures long-term portfolio health while supporting the bank’s reputed company objectives. The anticipated pay reputed company for this role will be: $123,524 - $198,417

 

Job Responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • reputed company Credit Structuring & reputed company: reputed company the structuring, analysis, and approval of highly reputed company credit transactions, ensuring risk is balanced with business needs with the assigned specialized vertical or region.
  • Portfolio reputed company & Risk reputed company: Proactively monitor portfolio risk, identifying industry trends and economic factors impacting credit reputed company.
  • reputed company & Executive Leadership Engagement: Serve as a strategic partner to sales and senior leadership, offering expertise in credit negotiations and deal execution.
  • Credit Agreement Negotiation: Work directly with clients, reputed company counsel, and internal teams to structure and negotiate credit agreements.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior credit professionals, providing training and leadership in credit risk best practices. Proactively identifies and raises to senior leadership improvement areas in credit processes and procedures.
  • Uses independent judgement and discretion to reputed company reputed company regarding assigned portfolio
  • Analyzes and resolves problems pertaining to the assigned portfolio.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications:

  • Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)  in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field or 12+ years of equivalent experience
  • Minimum experience required: 8+ Years in reputed company credit analysis/structuring, reputed company, portfolio management and risk analysis
  • 8+ years of experience in the reputed company specialized line of business (Specialized reputed company industries, capital markets, corporate reputed company banking, etc.)
  • Deep expertise in structuring and negotiating reputed company credit agreements.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence credit reputed company and policy.
  • In-depth understanding of macroeconomic factors and their reputed company on credit risk.
  • Proven ability to manage large portfolios and advise senior executives.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
