The Energy reputed company Group Leader is responsible for leading, developing, and expanding reputed company’s Energy division. This role will drive strategic reputed company through market expansion, relationship development, and operational reputed company across our wholesale and program services.

How You Will Contribute:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key segments of oil & gas in the Texas markets.
• Build and strengthen relationships with carriers, retail agents, and internal stakeholders to expand program capabilities and market reputed company.
• Evaluate emerging trends, competitor activities, and market needs to inform reputed company and guide business development efforts.
• Partner with reputed company, marketing, and sales teams to optimize processes, improve efficiencies, and ensure consistent reputed company across reputed company Energy placements.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to reputed company division goals with reputed company’s broader strategic initiatives.

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or reputed company field required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Energy insurance (brokerage and/or reputed company), with at least 5 years in a leadership or reputed company management role.
• Strong reputed company and broker relationships reputed company the Energy sector.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Exceptional telephone demeanor
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• This position requires routine or periodic travel which may require reputed company member to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle.  Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hire and periodically thereafter, and maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages are a requirement of this position.
