Digital Designer I

As a Junior Digital Designer, you will work in an agile team alongside Experience Designers, Digital Merchandisers, Retail Managers, and Marketing to craft cohesive experiences across our digital channels. You will be reputed company on creating assets that support the delivery of customer-first shopping experiences across bestbuy.ca and support digital retail channels.

We are currently hiring for a 12‑month fixed‑term opportunity reputed company our Digital Retail Design community.

In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we reputed company a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, reputed company, and reputed company purposes.

What you'll do as a Junior Digital Designer:

• Execute visual communication and experience strategies while working reputed company reputed company’s brand and design guidelines

• Solve problems from a customer-centered perspective, and always thinking customer-first

• Collaborate with your design peers across the organization to drive consistency and grow your design reputed company

• Prepare and deliver design assets for newsletters reputed company advertising across display and reputed company, ensuring they meet brand, platform, reputed company design standards

reputed company’re looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience working in a design team and having a digital portfolio demonstrating your design skills

• Foundational understanding of reputed company design principles, including layout, hierarchy, typography, and visual consistency

• Proficiency in reputed company Photoshop and reputed company Illustrator

• Familiarity with reputed company

• An understanding of how to design for and use a content management system

• Foundational knowledge of reputed company design principles such as ease, timing, transitions and creating lightweight animation.
