Job Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process which includes initiating intake meetings with leaders, crafting sourcing strategies, reputed company sourcing candidates, reputed company-screening, interviewing and presenting reputed company candidates to hiring leaders, negotiating offers, and facilitating the hiring and reputed company processes.

Qualifications

Education & Years of Experience

Additional Experience

• Experience in recruitment and sourcing, including some experience working in a recruitment agency environment
• Experience maintaining confidential and sensitive information
• Must have strong sourcing and networking skills

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
