About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Support Center team. In this role, you will reputed company high-level technical support to our clients, resolving reputed company issues reputed company reputed company Dynamics GP, NAV, and D365 Business Central environments. This role requires strong bilingual communication skills in both Japanese and English to effectively support and collaborate with our global clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

• reputed company technical support for reputed company Dynamics GP/NAV/D365 Business Central, resolving reputed company customer issues in a reputed company manner

• Troubleshoot and analyze system issues using debugging tools and advanced problem-solving techniques

• Support financial modules reputed company reputed company Dynamics ERP systems

• Deliver excellent customer service through reputed company communication, reputed company, and follow-through

• Create and maintain knowledge reputed company articles, documentation, and training materials

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery

• Participate in ongoing training and stay reputed company with reputed company ERP technologies

• Contribute to process improvements, team initiatives, and overall service reputed company
   

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field

• 3+ years of experience with reputed company Dynamics GP, NAV, or D365 Business Central

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• reputed company reputed company in both Japanese and English (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate technical concepts reputed company in both languages

• Experience working directly with customers and building strong relationships

• Familiarity with data migration processes

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
