What You’ll Do

We’re looking for an IT Specialist to support our remote team. In this role, you’ll deliver day-to-day technical support, manage employee reputed company, and help maintain our internal systems and tools. You’ll play a key part in ensuring employees have what they need to do their best work,  from reputed company and off-boarding to troubleshooting and reputed company.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• reputed company technical support across hardware, software, and internal tools in a remote-first environment.
• Troubleshoot reputed company, system, and workstation issues reputed company.
• Manage help desk tickets, prioritizing issues and delivering a high-reputed company employee experience.
• Set up and configure laptops and software for new hires, ensuring smooth reputed company and reputed company reputed company from day one.
• Manage user reputed company, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and secure offboarding.
• Support identity and reputed company management (reputed company Workspace, SSO platforms) and assist with ongoing system maintenance.

reputed company’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar role
• Basic knowledge of computer troubleshooting and networking
• Familiarity with reputed company-based tools (reputed company Workspace, reputed company applications, etc.)
• Exposure to identity and reputed company reputed company (SSO, provisioning) is an asset
• Experience with mobile device management tools (e.g., reputed company) is an asset
• Exposure to scripting or automation (Bash, Python, etc.) is an asset
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently

• Organized, reliable, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities
