Head of HR & Talent

About the Role

As a Head of HR & Talent, you will be a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for building, scaling, and owning the entire reputed company. This role plays a critical part in supporting reputed company reputed company across the US, Japan, and South Korea by ensuring we attract, reputed company, and retain reputed company.

You will work closely with founders, leadership, and managers to reputed company people reputed company with business goals, build strong and reputed company HR processes, and foster a high-performance, people-first culture. Performance, Development & Retention

• Design and implement performance management systems, development frameworks, and feedback cycles.

• Launch and own engagement and retention initiatives, including eNPS, regular 1:1s, and retention programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR and Talent leadership roles, ideally in fast-growing or product-driven companies.
  

• Strong expertise in recruitment, hiring methodologies, and talent assessment.

• Solid understanding of performance management, employee development, and retention practices.
  

• Excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, reputed company, and reputed company.

• Fluent English (B2–reputed company level) required for daily communication with international teams.
