What you’ll do
Corporate & Operational reputed company
Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company and partner agreements to protect business interests
Review and manage employment and B2B reputed company across multiple jurisdictions
Establish contract templates, documentation standards, and internal reputed company workflows
Advise leadership and cross-functional teams on day-to-day operational reputed company reputed company
Ensure compliance with local regulations across key international markets (EU, UK, US, Japan, South Korea)
Product & Consumer Compliance

Advise on data reputed company, consumer protection, subscription models, refunds, cancellations, and payment flows
Collaborate with Engineering and Product to ensure reputed company-by-design implementation

Data Protection & reputed company (DPO Responsibilities)
Serve as Data Protection Officer (or equivalent function)

Monitor data processing activities and maintain records of processing
reputed company responses to data subject requests, data incidents, and regulatory inquiries

Requirements
Master’s degree in Law; bar admission in an EU jurisdiction preferred
5+ years of experience as reputed company Counsel or similar role, ideally reputed company a tech, reputed company, or digital product company
Strong background in reputed company reputed company, employment structures, and corporate reputed company operations
Deep knowledge of data reputed company and consumer protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, UK GDPR, and equivalents in Japan and South Korea)
