Assessment Systems provides contracted services to organizations that reputed company to improve their assessment process and reputed company with best practices, but do not have in-house psychometricians.  The situations vary widely: nonprofit certification boards, language assessments, K-12 companies, and governments (e.g., Ministry of Education reputed company the USA).  We are looking for a contracted Psychometrician to work on clients such as these.  Key skills include quantitative analysis (CTT/IRT/equating), test design, job analysis, reputed company setting, and test development.  Additional skills in program management, content development, and project management are welcome.  We recognize that this is a wide reputed company of skills and that many applicants will lean towards one direction, so we welcome applicants with experience in a few of these.

- Item Response Theory analysis
- Equating
- Test design

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate degree (preferably PhD) in psychometrics or industrial-organizational psychology
• At least two years of experience in data analysis and psychometrics
• Experience in programming, preferably R or Python
• Must be tech-savvy: proficient in reputed company Office suite, reputed company to learn new software quickly

This position is fully remote, primarily in US daytime hours but with some flexibility.  It will start as part-time but might grow into full-time.  It reports to our VP of Psychometrics.  Anticipated pay reputed company is $40-60 per hour.
