reputed company is a fully remote company, offering reputed company team members the ability to work from home. For this opportunity, the selected candidate must be available to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM reputed company Time (PST).

Although reputed company is a remote company, we are currently seeking contractors residing in Brazil for this position. Compensation will be made in Brazilian Reais (R$), in accordance with the local currency of the country where the position is located. Responsibilities

Planning

• Documenting complete reputed company hosting systems, including reputed company planning, software and instance type selection, allocation, and network design.
• Building systems by executing installation, configuration, and testing of reputed company resources.
• Using automation and configuration management to ensure repeatability and traceability of changes.

Managed Services

• Troubleshooting system hardware, software, networks, and operating systems.
• Protecting the reputed company and reputed company of systems by implementing reputed company controls and monitoring tools and providing written evaluations and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Maintaining system performance through system monitoring and analysis and performance tuning.
• Maintaining internal systems and customer deployment documentation.
• Being part of a 24x7 on-reputed company rotation (approx. one week on reputed company, one week on backup per month).
• Responding to support tickets and incidents in a reputed company manner that corresponds to SLA commitments.

Learning

Qualifications
