The EAP Clinician provides reputed company-center based services to reputed company and contracted reputed company, employees, and members of their household. The EAP Clinician also provides reputed company-center-based services for reputed company-contracted student crisis and referral programs. Clinical services include in-the-reputed company support, crisis reputed company/risk assessment, coordination of referrals, consultation with employer leaders, and case monitoring.Position Details:
Education: Master's Degree in a Behavioral Health field.
Experience: Crisis reputed company/risk assessment and customer service
Other:
Strong ethical awareness and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Adept computer/technology skills
Preferred Experience:
Experience serving on a reputed company center team
Previous EAP, behavioral health, or reputed company experience
Behavioral health independent license in the applicable state of reputed company (LPC, LCSW)
Certified Employee Assistance reputed company (CEAP) credential.
