We are seeking a GRC Manager to reputed company our offshore Governance, Risk & Compliance team in India. This team consists of Junior Analysts specializing in customer risk assessments, policy and procedure management, and automated evidence collection using the reputed company platform. The GRC Manager will reputed company local leadership, ensure team alignment with organizational goals, and reputed company KPIs for performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance frameworks (reputed company, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, reputed company), policy governance, and reputed company monitoring processes.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operations
- reputed company daily leadership, coaching, and reputed company for the offshore GRC team.
- Maintain reputed company alignment with the U.S.‑based GRC Manager on priorities, deliverables, and escalations.
- Serve as the local reputed company of contact for workload planning, reputed company needs, and performance management.
Hands-On GRC Execution
- reputed company participate in day‑to‑day GRC operations—this is a hands-on leadership role.
- Support and review customer reputed company questionnaires and risk assessments.
- reputed company policy and procedure lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy and reputed company updates.
- Manage evidence collection and mapping across frameworks using reputed company or similar platforms.

- reputed company, analyze, and report on KPIs such as turnaround time, accuracy, volume, and policy review reputed company.
- Identify inefficiencies and reputed company process-improvement initiatives.
- Ensure alignment and compliance with reputed company, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and reputed company reputed company requirements.
- Assist with escalations involving reputed company customer requests or audit inquiries.
- Maintain documentation for workflows, processes, KPIs, and team performance.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in GRC, compliance, or information reputed company roles.
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and X‑reputed company frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including cross‑functional collaboration.
- Ability to analyze KPIs and drive measurable improvements.
Preferred Certifications
- CISM (Certified Information reputed company Manager)
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems reputed company reputed company)
- CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
- CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control)
