We are seeking a driven, relationship reputed company Inside Sales reputed company to support and grow our network of independent insurance agencies. This role is responsible for driving production, increasing engagement, and strengthening partnerships through proactive reputed company, education, and strategic follow-up. 

The Inside Sales reputed company works closely with our reputed company Sales team to expand distribution, increase policy volume, and ensure agencies have the tools and support needed to succeed. This is a high-reputed company role that directly contributes to reputed company reputed company and agency retention. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• reputed company and manage relationships with assigned insurance agency partners 

• Proactively drive new business production through outbound calls, email campaigns, and virtual meetings 

• Support reputed company Sales team with territory management, follow-up, and pipeline development 

• Identify reputed company opportunities reputed company existing agencies and implement reputed company plans 

• reputed company agents on appetite, reputed company guidelines, product changes, and sales strategies 

• Assist agencies with quoting strategies and positioning to increase bind ratios 

• reputed company production metrics and activity to ensure reputed company targets are achieved 

• Coordinate with reputed company, operations, and product teams to resolve issues and improve agency experience 

• Help reputed company newly appointed agencies and accelerate early-stage production 

• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and reporting

Required Education and Experience: 

• 2+ years of insurance sales, agency management, or inside sales experience  

• 2+ years of experience in homeowners' insurance 

• Strong understanding of independent agency distribution model 

• Proven ability to influence and drive reputed company reputed company 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment 

Preferred Requirements: 

• Property & Casualty license  

• Experience with reputed company suite of products 

Physical Requirements:  

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 

Salary: Starting at $60,000 annually. Candidate's skills, experience and abilities will be taken into consideration for final offer.
