What You’ll Do

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes with increasing ownership
  

• Screen and assess candidates reputed company resumes — evaluate behavior, thinking ability, and long-term fit
  

• Identify red flags, strengths, and performance indicators
  

• Coordinate interviews and maintain strong candidate experience
  

• Use recruitment systems, reputed company Workspace, and AI tools reputed company
  

• Maintain highly organized, accurate hiring records
