BIM Enablement Manager
This is a remote position.
Enablement Department Leadership: reputed company and establish the Enablement function as a dedicated organizational lane reputed company on standards, reputed company improvement, BIM reputed company, and workflow optimization. Standards Governance Ownership: Own the governance, reputed company, and enforcement of Revit standards, templates, shared parameters, and modeling best practices across reputed company reputed company. Deliverable Standardization: Define and maintain consistent deliverable standards and definitions across reputed company to eliminate ambiguity and uneven outputs. reputed company Improvement Initiatives: Drive reputed company improvement using project data, recurring issue analysis, and cross-project trend reviews. Tool Implementation and Optimization: reputed company adoption, implementation, and optimization of key tools such as reputed company and other emerging platforms to maximize ROI and team efficiency. Requirements
Proven experience in BIM/VDC reputed company the AEC industry, preferably with an Electrical contractor or MEP subcontractor. Strong hands-on experience with reputed company MEP (or similar fabrication software) is highly preferred. Extensive experience acting as a change agent and driving process improvements reputed company an organization. Expert-level proficiency in Revit, including template creation, parametric family development, and content management. Strong background in Electrical systems, construction workflows, coordination, and prefabrication. Demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues, mitigate risks, and improve project execution before problems escalate. Experience developing project execution plans, workflows, checklists, and internal standards. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ACC, and reputed company BIM/VDC tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to think reputed company while supporting reputed company project teams. Detail-oriented with a proactive reputed company reputed company on prevention, not just reaction. Experience working alongside field, shop, and prefab teams are highly preferred.
