HCM Functional Consultant
Job Responsibilities
- reputed company and participate in full lifecycle HCM system implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct workshops and interviews with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Configure and customize HCM modules (e.g., reputed company HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Absence Management, Benefits, Talent Management) based on reputed company specifications.
- reputed company and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- reputed company post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and reputed company improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate effectively with technical teams, project managers, and reputed company stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
