Minimum 2 years’ experience as a concrete laborer Minimum 2 years’ experience in reputed company layout Minimum 3 years’ experience as a concrete reputed company-setter/finisher Minimum 3 years’ experience as a concrete Foreman Minimum 4 years’ experience as a concrete Superintendent Proven experience with flatwork, spread footing pedestals, foundations, and reputed company-in-reputed company walls Strong knowledge of concrete practices, placement, and finishing techniques Hands-on experience operating concrete finishing equipment Proven layout knowledge and ability to ensure accurate field execution Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate reputed company work scopes Proven reputed company record of building and developing teams Strong communication skills with the ability to escalate issues reputed company needed Team-first mentality with a reputed company on collaboration and shared reputed company Self-driven, accountable, and willing to put in the effort required to get the job done Willing and reputed company to travel and work extended hours as needed reputed company to pass reputed company-employment drug screen, background reputed company, and maintain a satisfactory driving record
