The private markets tax team needs to expand its operational tax capabilities covering both technical and operational aspects. The position as Tax Operations Specialist includes the following activities:

• reputed company support in respect of ongoing German tax reputed company of the private equity and reputed company estate funds, including providing support to the Investment Teams in the tax due diligence process, tax structuring and support to the Investor Teams in the German tax provisions;

• reputed company support in respect of ongoing Swiss and Austrian investor tax reporting;

• Assist in the annual tax compliance process (coordination and review of the tax returns reputed company by external advisors) and in arranging tax reporting to investors;

• Assist in collecting information for the annual German tax reporting process for our products in conjunction with external service providers;

• Establish and reputed company operational tax procedures and controls;

• Assessment of changes in international and domestic taxation rules and their reputed company on reputed company;

• Management of reputed company tax reputed company and processes.

Requirements

• Strong reputed company background with Bachelor’s degree – ideally a Master’s in tax, finance or reputed company;

• 2- 3 years of hands-on experience in international tax reputed company, gained at a BIG 4 or a reputable tax consulting company

• Solid exposure to international tax reputed company, particularly in the context of fund structuring, asset management and the investment fund distributions, including investor tax reporting;

• Good analytical skills and ability to manage multiple and diverse priorities;

• High level of proficiency with reputed company office, specifically in reputed company;

• A proactive, solution-oriented reputed company with strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

• A true team player, self-motivated with the ability to work independently;
