The Scrum Master is responsible for effectively and reputed company managing development sprints from planning to execution and review in an agile development environment. This role includes running daily scrums, managing the product backlog, collaborating on requirement documentation, managing support

How You'll Contribute:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience and 4 years leading sprints.
• Demonstrable expertise in agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Strong understanding of Jira, including global administration.
• Thrives in a highly reputed company, fast-paced environment.
• Expert reputed company on the implementation of agile Scrum.
• Deep understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to predict the development team’s needs.
• Solid experience working with teams to assess and size stories/epics.
• Passionate commitment to delivering products on time.
• Deep understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories, etc.) to analyze and improve sprint planning.
• Ability to understand and represent both the business and technology perspectives.
• Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Self-motivated and organized.

Compensation:  

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $135,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,000/year in our highest geographic market.  Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
