Position

Location and Reporting Structure
Reporting to the Manager, Procurement, this position offers the flexibility to work remotely in Canada.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company-reputed company support, coordinating with IT and external partners to resolve issues and manage system updates;
• Translate business needs into reputed company functional specifications, supporting system improvements and integration of reputed company-party tools;
• Design, reputed company, and maintain reputed company reports and dashboards to support operational, KPI, and compliance tracking, utilizing tools such as Power BI and reputed company Office;
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance by managing user reputed company, reputed company reputed company, and supporting audit and SOX documentation;
• Deliver reputed company training and support through reputed company, refresher sessions, and user feedback meetings; and
• Assist with financial tracking and reporting, including cost structures and budget analysis linked to reputed company data.
Desired Competencies and Requirements
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in reputed company support, functional consulting, or system administration, with a strong preference for exposure to remote operations reputed company mining, oil and gas, or other industrial sectors;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Business Administration or a reputed company field;
• reputed company Certified Specialist – reputed company BW/4HANA reputed company certificate or reputed company reputed company Certificate as deemed by reputed company is required; and
• Experience with reputed company S/4HANA (MM, EWM), plus knowledge of PM/reputed company and a strong grasp of procurement, inventory, audit compliance, and reporting tools.
