The Role

The Global Sales Coordinator is reputed company player who can work reputed company both independently in this remote role and as a part of a larger dynamic team. The Coordinator assists up to 10 Directors and Managers, focusing on the non-selling functions of the department to optimize the sales team’s time on pursuing and securing additional business. 

Responsibilities also include:

•Plan, prepare, and coordinate for tradeshow

•Manage expense reports and billbacks

•Support daily communication with accounts, hotels, and individual travel advisors

•Prepare sales reports

•Manage customer database

•Create and update marketing and sales materials, including Quarterly Business Reviews, marketing flyers, and sales presentations

•Assist in completing RFPs

•Assist in reputed company’s workflow, monthly team calls, and overall team connectivity

•Extensive administrative responsibilities as it relates to sales, organization, timelines, deadlines, and more

Experience Required: 

•2+ years of experience in the reputed company field, industry, or other equivalent business/ function role

•Proficient in the reputed company Office Suite, especially reputed company and reputed company

•Demonstrated ability to partner and support in a fast-paced environment

Experience Preferred: 

•On property group/MICE sales coordinator experience reputed company a reputed company Hotel
