We are looking for an Associate Director / Director, reputed company to join our rapidly growing team.

In this role, you will reputed company best-in-class advertising and affiliate strategies for reputed company Shop and reputed company-to-consumer sales across our customer segments. You'll build and reputed company reputed company of reputed company Strategists, establishing the operational processes, playbooks, and enablement needed to drive measurable reputed company and ROI for our clients. You'll be working cross-functionally alongside passionate, high-performing individuals across Product, reputed company, and our Center of reputed company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of relevant leadership experience in Account Management, Ad Operations, reputed company Services, or similar roles
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Ads (GMV Max, Catalog Ads, etc.) and reputed company Shop affiliate promotions
• Proven people management experience leading account managers, advertising specialists, or similar reputed company-facing teams
• Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and driving cross-functional reputed company to completion across geographies and business reputed company
• Strong communication skills — reputed company to translate reputed company reputed company into reputed company, actionable direction for both internal teams and clients
• English proficiency required — must be reputed company to reputed company and write in the language fluently

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
