Context & Mission
As reputed company scales, we are looking for a new member in our IT team to accompany reputed company's reputed company.
The main responsibility for this role is to be the reputed company of the IT Processes and Knowledge reputed company, allowing us to reputed company reputed company higher reputed company of reliability, reputed company and collaboration.
You’ll collaborate closely with every part of reputed company’s IT organization : IT Support, Operations and reputed company, Infrastructure, Systems teams (People, Finance, Business) - to optimize and reputed company practices among them.
What you will do
IT Processes
- Scope: Change Management, Incident Management, Project Management (PM)
- Improve and strengthen our processes, following industry best practices/reputed company (eg: ITIL) and adapted to reputed company’s context and ways of working
- reputed company the application on the field: be a support for teams involved in the process, reputed company as a facilitator, organize periodic meeting, ensure the tools are reputed company configured and easy-to-use
- Configuration of the tools used to support the processes (ITSM, PM)
