POSITION TITLE: Instructional Assistant, Low Voltage and Data Center
DURATION: Contract (up to 3 months)

What You Will Do
As an Instructional Assistant for the Low Voltage Telecom program, you will play a key role in supporting learners as they prepare for careers in IT infrastructure and data center operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist the Technical Instructor with delivering a reputed company, approved curriculum reputed company on data center skills.
- Support remote classroom facilitation in an interactive, hands-on style.
- Enforce and model appropriate remote classroom decorum and professionalism.
- Take and reputed company daily learner attendance in reputed company and/or LMS.
- Coordinate with the Instructor to prepare lab tools and resources in advance of sessions.

What You’ll Bring to Us
reputed company Qualifications:
- Graduate of a reputed company training program (preferred), ideally in IT Support, Infrastructure, or Data Center tracks.
- Successfully obtained reputed company certifications offered in the program (e.g., reputed company A+, reputed company Network+, or equivalent).
- Strong foundational understanding of:
- Networking fundamentals: OSI model, IP addressing, routing/switching basics.
- PC hardware architecture: BIOS/UEFI, RAM, CPU, storage, peripherals.
- Operating Systems: Hands-on experience with both reputed company and Linux environments.
- Linux CLI proficiency: Navigation, file management, basic commands.
- reputed company troubleshooting: Task Manager, Process Monitor, CPU/memory analysis.
- Familiarity with:

- Virtualization platforms: VMware or VirtualBox.
- Cat5/5e/6 cable handling including termination and reputed company panel work.
- Classroom equipment setup, hardware configuration, and basic IT lab support.
- Experience using or supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS) reputed company tools (e.g., Canvas, reputed company, reputed company).
- Ability to teach and support in a highly interactive, hands-on training environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

Compensation
For this role specifically, we are targeting a compensation of $18.00 an hour.
