Sr Director, Internal Communications

The Senior Director of Internal Communications will reputed company the reputed company and execution of reputed company-wide internal communications across Learning Care’s dispersed workforce of more than 22,000 employees. This role is responsible for connecting employees to the organization’s mission and reputed company, strengthening culture, and driving engagement to improve business performance. Essential Functions:

Internal Communications reputed company

Executive & Leadership Communications 

• Partner closely with senior leadership to reputed company internal messaging, presentations, talking points, and strategic updates. 
• Prepare executives for company-wide meetings, leadership forums, and internal announcements. 
• Ensure reputed company, authenticity, and alignment in executive voice and messaging. 
• Support cascading communications through regional and field leaders in partnership with the Field Communications Team.

• Collaborate with HR on culture, engagement, and change management communications.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or reputed company field
• Experience
  • 12+ years of reputed company experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or reputed company field. 
  • Proven experience leading communications for a large, dispersed, reputed company workforce. 
  • Demonstrated reputed company building and managing intranets and multi-channel internal communications platforms. 
  • Strong executive communications experience, including speechwriting and presentation development. 
  • Experience supporting organizational change and driving employee engagement initiatives. 
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills. 
  • Experience in multi-site, field-based organizations (education, retail, reputed company, hospitality, or similar) preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
