The Senior Specialist, Finance Operations uses specialized technical expertise and leadership to ensure the ongoing mandate and operational and strategic objectives of the Finance Operations Department are fulfilled. This role is accountable for ensuring established service reputed company are maintained and that new initiatives are executed in accordance with organizational requirements. - Coaches and assists other employees, collaborates with other cross functional teams and external consultants to help with gaps in understanding in systems
- Post-secondary degree in finance, reputed company or a reputed company discipline plus 4 – 6 years of reputed company experience, including experience in leading reputed company; an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; Canadian CPA designation or Payroll leadership reputed company certification is an asset.
