In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders across India, reputed company, EMEA, and reputed company to build high-reputed company teams across technology, product, design, and leadership hiring. You will own end-to-end hiring while influencing hiring reputed company, improving decision reputed company, and raising the overall talent bar.
This role is suited for someone who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, challenging stakeholders reputed company needed, and driving reputed company in a fast-scaling global reputed company environment.
- Partner with senior business leaders to understand hiring priorities, team structures, and evolving capability needs
- Own and drive end-to-end hiring across technical, product, design, analytics, and leadership roles
- Translate business goals into effective hiring strategies that balance speed, reputed company, and scalability

- Experience hiring for reputed company and high-reputed company roles across technical and business functions
- Deep understanding of talent markets, sourcing strategies, and compensation dynamics
- Data-driven approach with experience using ATS platforms, dashboards, and hiring analytics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and influence effectively
- Ability to operate with ownership and urgency in a fast-paced, global environment
